Selected Areas in Cryptography (SAC) 2023 and the SAC Summer School will be held on campus at the University of New Brunswick, in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada.

Location on campus

The SAC Summer School and SAC main conference take place at the University of New Brunswick main campus, in the Computer Science Information Technology Centre (ITC) building, Room ITC 317. You can also access the live map.

Getting from Fredericton International Airport (YFC) to Fredericton

You can travel between Fredericton Airport and Fredericton by taxi. Travel time is about 25 mins. Some taxi services are Trius Taxi, ABC Taxi, and Loyal Taxi, and the fare is about CAD $20-35 + tip, depending upon where you get off.

Visas

Non-Canadian conference attendees should check Canada’s current entry requirements in advance of their travel. In particular, there is a new entry requirement that:

“Visa-exempt foreign nationals are expected to have an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to fly to or transit through Canada. Exceptions include U.S. citizens, and travelers with a valid Canadian visa. Canadian citizens, including dual citizens, and Canadian permanent residents cannot apply for an eTA.”

Submitters who may require a visa are encouraged to begin the process early, and in particular, can contact the organizers after submission, but prior to the notification deadline to request a letter of submission.
